Petropars Resources Engineering Ltd (PRE) is a limited liability Company established under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and registered at Kish Island.
The main shareholders are Petropars Iran ( PJS ) ,with a 49% quota ,Telford International Ltd with a 48% quota and %3 individuals. Petropars Iran is a fully owned affiliate of Petropars well established in Iran, while Telford International, as part of the Expertise Group, has over 25 years of international experience in providing a variety of services, both onshore and offshore, for the Oil & Gas Industry worldwide. The Company is operated and managed by an integrated team of nationals and expatriates.
Through its partners, PRE can draw on qualified resources operating worldwide and nationally to support Oil & Gas projects and petrochemical projects. PRE can provide complete project teams or individual workers. The resources can consist of Expatriates or Nationals. All resources are truly professional regarding QA and HSE standards.
The PRE scope of work consists of a wide range of services in Oil & Gas Industry such as: Project Management and Supervision Services, Engineering Services, Testing and Commissioning Services, CMMS Services, Maintenance Services, Training Services, Spare Parts Management and Supply and Manpower.
The Project Management Services encompass project management, construction management and Supervision and EPC contract management support. PRE can draw on important engineering experiences and technical know-how ranging from hydrocarbon fields development & reactivation to Computerised Maintenance Management Systems , plant & pipeline testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance. The Operational services consist of the supply of qualified resources for equipment installation, plant erecting, pipeline construction, etc. The Maintenance Engineering services ranges from maintenance engineering, CMMS, equipment or plant maintenance crews and plant revamping management. The Upstream Services comprise drilling and completion operations planning & execution management, including specialised services such as fishing and milling and wellhead services, and HSE supervision on and offshore. The auxiliary services provided by PRE comprise training, documentation, software, and certification assistance services.
PRE activity is concentrated on performance of Service Contracts with Petropars Ltd. And on provision of qualified personnel to different Projects such as pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation of South Pars Phases 6,7&8, Phase 12 Drilling Services and Man-Power Support to StatoilHydro with potential involvement in the Operational Phase providing production and maintenance services. Actually 120 qualified personnel are involved in aforesaid activities and operations.
In parallel, PRE is active on the market to open new business opportunities with international and national companies active in Oil & Gas fields with the aim to become a key player in the service sector.
