A Working Group Was Set up to Review the Law on Iranian Production under Supervision of Petropars
In the course of the 23rd general meeting of Iranian E&P companies, the member companies approved that a working group should be set up to review and examine the Law on Protection of Iranian Productions under the supervision of Petropars.
According to a report released by the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Petropars Group, in the course of the 23rd meeting of Iranian E&P companies which was held on Sharivar 13, Engineer Farzadfar, the Manager of Legal and Contracts Department of Petropars, provided some clarifications and explanations on the newly-approved “The Law on Maximum Use of Domestic Production and Service Capabilities and Production of Iranian Commodities” and its effects on the execution of national projects. Further, he reviewed the provisions made therein and elaborated on the opportunities and challenges which were welcomed and appreciated by the representatives of the member companies.
In line with this, Engineer Mirmoezi, the Chairman of the 23rd Meeting of Iranian E&P Companies, commented on the great effect of the said Law on the future operations of the member companies and recommended that a working group be set up for the comprehensive review thereof. The representatives of the member companies attending the Meeting unanimously approved that Petropars may supervise the Legal and Contracts Working Group of the General Meeting of Iranian E&P Companies.
