Petroparsians' $200,000 Win in Kangan / Masoudi's Support of the “One Percent” Revives the Remaining “99 Percent”!Petroparsians' $200,000 Win in Kangan / Masoudi's Support of the “One Percent” Revives the Remaining “99 Percent”!
The combustion of 410 tons of propane was ceased after approximately 140 hours of expert work, launching of a B.O.G compressor, and extinguishment of a torch following the Petropars' CEO Mr.
Hamidreza Masoudi's acceptance of a management risk and the ensuing support of his experts.
The Germans' 24-month delay in launching the compressor of the 19th phase' refinery prompted the Iranians to undertake the launch of the giant compressor. With the torch extinguished, the combustion of $200,000 worth of propane has ceased.
Petropars' CEO Mr. Hamidreza Masoudi's acceptance of the management risk is a praiseworthy act, particularly given that the CEO was to be held liable for any potential equipment damage to the monitoring devices had the project failed.
His courage in the resolution of a decision is commendable, but let us remember that the B.O.G compressor was launched with the full support of Hamidreza Masoudi for the rights and benefits of the Petroparsians over the past two years as he has grown to be one of the most well-liked managers among his colleagues.
The CEO supported the rights and benefits of those Petropars employees with barely one percent of Petropars' current expenses allocated for them, and now the same employees have launched the compressor that renders revenues equal to the salaries of all Petroparsians for many years.
Masoudi witnessed the extinguishment celebration of the $200,000 torch in Kangan by reviving that “one percent” of the budget and funds that were spent on the salaries and sustenance of the Petroparsians.
Do believe that revelation is not necessary for accepting the power and status of this one percent.
