At a meeting attended by the Public Relations managers of the National Oil Company, the Manager of the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Petropars Group considered Public Relations managers to be trustworthy and compassionate advisors in organizations.

According to the report of  Public Relations and International Affairs of Petropars Group, Amir Hajinia, in a meeting attended by the Public Relations managers of the Oil Industry, alluded to the important and influential position of Public Relations in organizational behavior and emphasized the need for this position to be accepted by the senior managers of the Oil Industry and added, "If the category of Public Relations in organizations is accepted by managers as a specialized institution, then we will see no instability and change of approaches as a result of the change of managers".
Alluding to the role of Public Relations in providing advice to senior managers of organizations, he pointed out, "Since Public Relations managers are in the body of the organization and have interaction and communication with outside of it, they have enough information about any subject that can be challenging for any group, so they can be trustworthy, compassionate and specialized advisors. This knowledge and advice will help managers at the macro level to make better and more rational decisions and take steps towards the advancement of the organization’s macro goals".
The Head of the Public Relations and International Affairs of Petropars Group then suggested holding an annual specialized Public Relations award for the Oil Industry and said, "To motivate the Public Relations colleagues in the Oil Industry, it seems that holding an annual specialized Public Relations award will help improve the quality and quantity of the products of this field and create double motivation among them, thereby improving the performance of Public Relations departments and popularizing the Oil Industry".
