The Phase11-SP Project in the context of the Third Imposed War

The South Pars Phase 11 project constitutes one of the country's most strategic initiatives for the development of a shared gas field, having faced numerous challenges in recent years, including international sanctions and, most recently, the third imposed war. Nevertheless, drawing on domestic engineering capacity and the resolute spirit of its operational personnel, the Petropars Group has continued the execution of this project uninterrupted, even under the most adverse regional circumstances.
This video presents a documentary account of the project's performance over the past eighteen months—a period during which, notwithstanding the intensification of regional tensions, Petropars' operational teams succeeded not only in maintaining but, in certain instances, enhancing the level of natural gas production. The timely procurement of critical equipment from both domestic and international suppliers has been identified as a key determinant of the project's success under conditions of sanctions and conflict.
Dr. Saghafi, Managing Director of the Petropars Group, addresses in this report the importance of safeguarding the nation's energy security under crisis conditions and highlights the successive drilling records achieved by the operational teams. These records attest not only to the high technical competence of the domestic workforce but also to the resilience of the national oil and gas industry in the face of external pressures.
This video offers an instructive and inspiring account for professionals in the oil and gas sector, energy analysts, and those seeking a more precise understanding of the implementation of national projects under crisis conditions. The content forms part of Petropars' broader series of reports on the sustained continuity of the country's key projects during the period of imposed war.
